30-day money-back guarantee. If AuthorTally doesn't do what this site says it does with your real report files, email support@authortally.com within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund. I may ask what went wrong — that's me trying to fix it, not a condition of the refund.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Refunded license keys stop working.

If something breaks later

Your license includes 12 months of updates and report-format fixes. If Amazon changes a report format and AuthorTally stops reading it during that window, that's mine to fix, not a reason you should need a refund. Email me and I'll sort it out.
